Every items are sent by FAST DELIVERY FEDEX EXPRESS (3-4) days worldwide (phone number required)
You can check tracking number, alerts with Fedex
Shipping times are estimates and I do not guarantee them not make myself responsible for any possible delays with shipping.
Returns
We accept free returns (14 days for return) at our cost if :
The received product is different than in the auction, the product is not consistent with the description.
How to return a product from the USA?
1. I will make the number order and item order with TNT.
2. For those shipping from the US, call TNT: 1-800-558-5555. Ask them to email you a “Booking Form” to complete. Ask any questions at this point. You will use the info from #1 above to complete this.
3. Email the completed booking form to direct.shipper.na@fedex.com. You don’t have to fill out every line. Call TNT back (same #) if you have questions. They may email you back with additional info requests. I will email you a copy of the Booking Form I completed as an example.
4. You should receive FedEx labels within 24-48 hours.
5. Complete a Consignment Note & include 3-5 copies with your package. This is required for international packages.
6. You can drop off at a local FedEx or request a pick up on the booking form when you fill it out. I recommend dropping off as they can help you with the consignment note if you need.
