Every items are sent by FREE FAST DELIVERY FEDEX EXPRESS (3-5) days worldwide (phone number required)

You can check tracking number, alerts with Fedex 
Shipping times are estimates and I do not guarantee them not make myself responsible for any possible delays with shipping.

Returns

We accept free returns (14 days for return) at our cost if :
The received product is different than in the auction, the product is not consistent with the description.

How to return a product?

  1. Contact Us: Email info@naturalsheepskinrug.com us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transit. 

  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your package reaches us safely.
